Rates vary by service and duration and range from $265- $475.


Dr. Healy-Johnson is not a participating provider with any insurance panels and therefore is considered an "out-of-network provider". Services may be reimbursed to you in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
  • Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session (also called the allowable or usual/customary rate)? Commonly used CPT codes are 90791, 90834, 90837, and 90847
  • Is pre-authorization required?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service. Some flexible spending visa/mastercards can be used in office for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
